Berberine: Berberine 500mg (from 50mg 10:1 extract), Black Pepper 125mg (from 25mg 5:1 extract), Ginger 25mg 5% Gingerols.
NAC: N-Acetyl L-Cysteine 600mg.
Spearmint Tea: Spearmint Leaf 150mg (from 7.5mg 20:1 extract).
Thermo Burn: Citrus Aurantium (Bitter Orange) 250mg, Caffeine 100mg, N-Acetyl L-Carnitine 50mg, Guarana 400mg (from 50mg 8:1 extract), Green Tea 575mg (from 25mg 23:1 extract).
Inositol: Mix one scoop into any liquid, stir well. Best taken in the morning or mid-afternoon.
Berberine: Take 1 capsule daily with food, ideally in the morning.
